After years of attending his annual Head to Tail dinners at Incanto restaurant in San Francisco, I had the privilege of shooting Chef Chris Cosentino’s first cookbook “Beginnings”, published by Weldon Owen. Try the Roasted Castelvetrano Olives & Cherry Tomatoes, or one my faves, the Bloody Roman. Congrats again to my friend Chris on a inspired cookbook and happy eating!
